I’ve been working on a logo for my friend’s Classic Mini Cooper importation business in Austin, TX. It’s called Austin Powered Minis. I was hoping to find a good way to combine the Texas and British flags, I think this one works pretty well. At first I had a more 1:1 overlay of the British flag, but the diagonal stripes were too thick. I cut the centers out of the diagonals, and now I think it gets a lot closer to the effect I was picturing.
This is our latest shipment of Minis. They are fresh off of the boat and we had to give them a proper once-around the roundabout to make them slightly less homesick! As you probably know, driving a Mini is a lifestyle and this video demonstrates it is their nature over nurture for sure!
